Washington State Department of Fish & Wildlife (WDFW) will be releasing approximately 1,400 catchable and jumbo sized rainbow trout in both Bowers Lake (approx. 600 fish) and Lake Inez (approx. 800 fish) at the end of March 2023. As of March 27, 2023, WDFW have released 190 adult surplus hatchery steelhead in Lake Inez. Each one of them are tagged with a green floy tag in hopes Anglers will contact the Department for an interview.
