If making a payment by mail, we strongly suggest allowing 5 - 7 business days for the routing in order to avoid interest and late fees. Please be sure to allow any additional days necessary for all Holidays recognized by local government. See the currently adopted

Be advised there is a $1.50 convenience fee for all nonrecurring credit/debit card and EFT payments.

Utility payments are always due by the last business day of the month. To avoid interest and late fees, please have your payment into our office by 4:30 p.m. on the last working day of each month. You may also avoid interest and late fees by submitting your payment online via credit/debit card no later than 11:59 p.m. on the last working day of each month.

The balance of a bill is calculated by the rates adopted by the Board of County Commissioners. Please see our Rates Section to view the resolution, where you will find each commodity allowance broken down, as well as a 2019 Rate Sheet.
