The file are a snapshot of our production tables at the time that the data was extracted. That point in time, is indicated by the suffix appended to the downloaded file name, ie GHCOwners-20161206.zip would indicated that the file was compiled/created on December 6th, 2016.

These files will be updated periodically, so please check back from time to time.
