Grays Harbor County is in the process of making more records available online for citizens. This allows for a more timely receipt of records and provides a method for interested persons to view and search material whenever they want.  Ordinances such as the No. 465 - ATV Authorized Roads can be found in the County Code section of this website as well as through links on this page.   The following explains how to a search for minutes, meeting audio, Resolutions, Interlocal Agreements, and agenda item documents with broad or specific searches to locate items.
 
Search by Document Type

• Use “All” document types first, then try limiting it with the dropdown options
• Use the “Search Term” box to input text to search
  • Input one word for a broad search
  • Use “quotations” around search terms to limit search (EX: “Hire Requests”)
  • Use “AND” and “OR” between terms to limit search (EX: Budget AND Transfers)
• “From Date” and “To Date” inputs are optional

Search by Word, Term, or Phrase

• Choose a “Search Type” to limit the search by document type
• “From Date” and “To Date” inputs are optional
• Use the “Meeting” dropdown to limit the search
• Use the “Meeting Date” to limit the search
