NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED by the Grays Harbor County Board of Commissioners that March 2023 is Red Cross Month. In doing so, the Board encourages all people in Grays Harbor County to reach out and support the Red Cross s humanitarian mission.
