The judges do not perform weddings as part of their elected roles, however, they are available to perform weddings outside of regular business hours.  The judges schedule weddings in District Court 1 in Montesano by appointment only on Mondays through Thursdays at 4:30 pm. Contact the clerk at either court for more information.  On your wedding day, arrive a few minutes early, bring your marriage license packet (available at the Auditor’s Office), and make sure you have two witnesses that are at least 18 years old. The cost is $100 cash payable at the time of your ceremony.
