Request for Exception to Appear Remotely for Mandatory In-Person Hearing

This request process is for exceptions to the mandatory in-person type of  hearings shown in Step 1 above, such as trials or testimonial hearings. 

Requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the hearing date. A copy of this request may be placed in the court file and may be available to the general public.

The Court will respond to your request via email within 1 business day.
