This request process is for exceptions to the mandatory in-person type of hearings that the court does not allow remote appearances, such as trials, evidentiary or testimonial hearings. To see if you're allowed to appear via zoom without permission, see step 1 above.
Requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the hearing date -- No exceptions! A copy of this request may be placed in the court file and may be available to the general public.
